How do I place an order?

 

Simply browse our Catalogue and select "add to quote" button. All the items you select will be added to the cart to review at your convenience before sending the quote request. All products have a field with customization options, fill this field out with as much detail as possible and we will email you within 24-48 hours.​ 

Do you offer delivery?

Yes! At Arrow Lakes Gift Co. we strive to make your experience hassle-free. We deliver from Nakusp to Castlegar, and even as far as Lumby. We’re happy to go the extra mile for you—literally!

Where can I pick up my items?

For your convenience, we offer local pick-up at Bon Marche Dollar Store (416 Broadway Street). While you're there to grab your order, be sure to take a look around—we have a selection of our products available on their shelves, too!

Do you offer shipping?

 

Yes, we can ship your order directly to you. While we take care of the production, shipping costs (including insurance and handling) are covered by the customer.

Note: Shipping costs will be calculated and included on invoice

 

 

How are your items made?

We purchase our blanks online or try to source items locally, we

craft and personalize everything with great attention to detail and accuracy by hand,

we're not just another drop shipper or reseller just trying to sell sub-par products.

 

 

What is the expected turnaround time for a custom order?

 

Production begins once your mock-up is approved and the deposit is received. We will order any necessary materials immediately to get your project started.

Estimated Completion Times:

  • Clothing: ~2 Weeks

  • All Other Items: ~1 Week

 

Note: Exact processing times will be confirmed at the time of your order.

When is payment due?

 

Once you have approved your mock-up, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin production. The remaining balance is due upon completion.

Why is my order more now?

 

We strive to keep our pricing competitive. Due to the variable nature of sourcing materials, costs may vary from time to time. However, we operate with a strict 'No Surprises' policy—we will always discuss and confirm current pricing with you prior to starting your order.

Returns

 

Due to the personalized nature of our work, we cannot accept returns on custom orders. However, we stand behind our craftsmanship—if there is an issue with the quality or accuracy of your order, please contact us immediately so we can make it right please contact us @ info@arrowlakesgiftco.ca
